All in all, a solid session. Things are stabilizing nicely.

Tired. Having a bar that had seized and wasn't spinning properly didn't help, but still feeling like I need some rest. Just going to muck around today (sunday) and stretch, and see how I'm lifting on Monday. If the weights are still down, will run a deload. If not I'll push on for another week. Saturday was hard but it's been a good week of lifting otherwise.
