- Messed around with a 60k bar on squats, and some pressing with an empty bar. Nothing too cereal but still got the blood flowing

Easy peasy. Decided to run the deload this week after all, still feeling pretty tired.

Quick n dirty. Cold in Edmonton, loosening up after being in a cold car for a half hour kinda sucks.
