Nice way to end the week off, PR on bench and within spitting distance of one on Deads. Been a good week. 
No training Saturday- I spent the day volunteering at the UAPA Powersurge Powerlifting meet. Good times all around and some big lifting. A friend of mine was lifting in her first meet and took some very solid lifts, along with a win in the 72k juniors and a couple National records to boot. No complaints.
However 5-6 hours spotting/loading and another 4ish coaching/running numbers left me somewhat less than enthused to train, so I didn't.

- Messed around with a 60k bar on squats, and some pressing with an empty bar. Nothing too cereal but still got the blood flowing
